Jimoto Foods is passionate about bringing the flavours of artisanal Japanese cuisine and local Australian ingredients together. All their products are gluten-free and MSG-free, using only the highest quality ingredients in their sauces. One of the things that sets Jimoto Foods apart is their dedication to making cooking with their products as easy as possible. They create detailed recipes and are always available to give in-person recommendations to help customers get the most out of their sauces.
Long Paddock Cheese is a small-scale artisan organic cow’s milk range of cheeses produced at and sold from their cheesemaking facility based in the heart of Victoria, Castlemaine, on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. Long Paddock focuses on making quality cheese with a commitment to traditional cheesemaking practices and contributing to the local environment. French resident Ivan Larcher, known as “the Cheese-Whisperer”, is dedicated to sharing and educating people about French style cheeses.
Enokido Miso make products from miso, a traditional Japanese ingredient and health food made from fermented soybeans, sea salt and kome-koji (malted rice). Miso undergoes a unique double fermentation process, making it a rich source of both prebiotics and probiotics. It is an extremely versatile ingredient and can be used to make miso soup, as a condiment to grilled dishes, to flavour pickles, or used to make marinades and salad dressings.
