Irina Nazarova is an artist producing from Adelaide. Her visual art, with reproductions as prints and gift cards, and jewellery of preserved flora, are a response to the plethora of beauty existent in our gardens and natural environment. The depictions range from the botanical, to the imaginary, with hieroglyphic and iconic motifs.
Possessing exquisite composition and imagination, a thread weaves between the paintings and the jewellery of preserved flowers, branded as “Flowers In Your Hair”. Each jewellery piece is as if a miniature painting, with careful arrangement and colour, as expositioned in the original paintings.
