This is the Indigenous name for the land where your business is located. This information appears on your Directory Listing and can be found by zooming into your location on the AIATSIS Map
This needs to be a short sentence about what you make, not keywords. It is designed to give the customers a teaser for your business to help them decide whether they want to click on your directory listing to find out more.
Write in the third person. Include a benefit about what sets you apart. Eg Pretty Parrot Distilling make Australian gins & liqueurs using Australian botanicals and traditional ingredients. The gins and liqueurs make fantastic cocktails, can be served on ice or with traditional mixers such as soda and tonic. NOTE: This is the information that will appear in your public profile and needs to sum up your business. 100 words maximum.
IMPORTANT:What you need to know about updating your photos:
- Images with the extension .jpeg will not upload to our website. You will need to ensure the files you upload are either .jpg or .png.
- The image that appears first in your Gallery, is the main image that will be displayed to the customer when they view your Directory Listing
- We require you to have 5 images uploaded to your listing to ensure our navigation menu that runs along the bottom of the directory remains in a consistent spot.
- The maximum number of images you can have in your gallery at any one time is 5, which may mean you need to delete a photo to be able to add a new photo in
- Please ensure your photos are correctly named (ie. Business Name followed by the Product Name) so that we can find them easily
- Please do not place any watermarks (ie. text overlayed or logos) over any of your images
- Please do not upload any composite images (ie. single images containing multiple images within)
- Images need to have the file extension .jpg or .png. You will be unable to upload images with the .jpeg extension
- Images MUST be at least 800 x 800px in size and cropped to a square. If you are unsure how to do this, try using the PicResize Website (instructions below).

- Open the PicResize Website and choose the image you wish to edit
. Click "Continue to edit picture".
- Use the "Crop Selection" tool to crop your image to a square (make sure you hold down the shift key when selecting the part of the image you wish to use). If your image is already square, skip this step
- In the "Resize your Picture" section, use the "Select a new size for your picture" dropdown to choose "Custom Size" and enter "800" in both the "Width" and "Height" fields. Make sure the second value in these fields is set to "Pixels". This will ensure your image is 800 x 800 pixels in size
- Scroll to the bottom to press the "I'm done, resize my picture" button and then use the "Save to Disk" option to download the image to your computer. Your image is now ready to be uploaded!
When you select an image from your Gallery below, the box will expand to show the Title, Caption, Alt Text and Description fields for your images. Please note, that while you are able to type information into these fields, this additional screen is for Administration use only and any text you place in these fields will not be saved when you press the ‘update profile’ button
