Their gin is a story of place, with back vintage Australian wine distilled with Indonesian Pepper, Australian Strawberry Gum and finished with Tasmanian Pepper. Winechest also produce a unique bacon vodka made with free range bacon and have a bacon maple liqueur as well. All their spirits are produced in small runs and batches.
