Timboon Railway Shed Distillery have been making Single Malt Whisky since 2007 and is one of the pioneers of the craft distilling movement. All of their Whiskies have been aged in barrels that they have shaved and toasted at their in-house Cooperage. With a heavy focus quality, artisanal products, each sip tells a story. They are located 20 minutes inland from the 12 Apostles, near the Great Ocean Road.
