Tara Distillery is the Shoalhaven’s own internationally award-winning gin, liqueurs, & spirits proudly made in the heart of the South Coast. Their gin includes locally foraged sea lettuce from our local beaches and rocky shores while our Limoncello is made from lemons grown on the coast. Their spirits are softened by the fresh, pure harvested rainwater giving our gin a beautiful soft mouthfeel, and bottled and labelled by hand one at a time.
