Robyn’s Baskets is a small Melbourne business started by a fibre artist who creates unique art forms. Wreaths, woven wall hangings, botanical frames and large fibre circle pieces form the basis of the range.
The work is seasonal and varies according to the availability of fibres. Specific leaves, eucalypt, native plants, stamen, petals, seedpods and repurposed wire are included in the weaving. The designs culminate in tribal like, earthy styles to decorate the home.
Nature is what drives the creation of these sustainable and organic works of art. The process of gathering, growing and nurturing is intrinsic to all the creations.
