Pomologist Cider makes small batch, hand-crafted, traditional cider in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Using biodynamic orcharding methods, the heritage cider apples are grown on espaliers, hand pruned and nurtured. The fruit is hand-picked and selected for ripeness and processed in small batches to produce Pomologist Cider’s award winning traditional cider. Pomologist Cider favours a natural approach to cider making which allows the fruit to express its individual characteristics. The Ciders are additive free, gluten free and vegan friendly. Estate grown and bottled.
They also make Cider Apple Vinegar under the Robertson Provedores label. Their vinegar is certified organic.
