We make a handmade individually wrapped Baklava. We use Australian pistachios and cashews, filo pastry, clarified butter and purified slow cooked sugar syrup. We use the finest ingredients and the sweets are known to be very crunchy and very light. We make five flavours; original, chocolate, peanut butter, Turkish delight and salted caramel. We are a family run business.
