Jess is from California and Tommy from Mullumbimby, but Laos is where they first laid eyes on one another over a decade ago. The brand is a love story and an intrepid travel story.
AZTECA Taqueria started on Sydney’s Northern Beaches as a taco stall at a local market and quickly became Sydney’s most popular Mexican catering co. But then came Covid, which stopped the events and fostered a little extra drinking at home.
So Taqueria was replaced with Margarita and AZTECA 2.0 was born.
