Alma Terra is a micro studio making ceramic homewares and home decor focusing on joyful surface designs. Their inspiration comes from mid-century, vintage and nostalgic illustrations.
Alma Terra employs sustainable practices all through the making process, creating colorful paints to decorate surfaces utilizing Australian raw materials only. Recycling materials and taking advantage of biodegradable products are also considered in each step of the process. Water utilized through the making process in the studio is recaptured and used to water the surrounding garden. Solar panels capture the sun’s energy enabling the studio’s kiln to fire the ceramics with renewable energy.
