ENTRY FEE
There is NO entry fee, although a donation to one of our local charities would be appreciated. At each market, we have a different door greeter, collecting a local cause. Our lovely charities do an amazing job in the community. Please support them if you can with a gold coin donation.
ATMS, EFTPOS & CREDIT CARD FACILITIES
There are two ATMs located inside the Budawang Building and two in the Coorong Building during the Handmade Market. They are empty overnight. The vast majority of designers at the event have EFTPOS & credit card facilities.
TOILETS & BABY CHANGE
Public toilets are located in the foyer of the main entrance to the EPIC Conference Centre, at two places in the Budawang Building and also in the Coorong Building. Baby change facilities are available in the Budawang and Coorong buildings.
FOOD & DRINK
There is a gourmet food hall in the Coorong Building, with a wide selection of food and drink options, including hot food, cold drinks, wine, barista coffee and lots of seating. In the Budawang Building there is a café with a barista serving great coffee and seating.
PARKING
There is loads of free parking available on site. Access is best from Morisset and Sterling Avenue and parking marshals will direct you to the available parking at the arena. Disabled parking is directly outside the Budawang Building.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
ACTION Bus Services are available near EPIC’s main entrance, on Flemington Road. For information on timetables and destinations, please visit action.act.gov.au.
DISABLED ACCESS
Disabled access is provided via the main entrance to the EPIC Conference Centre, along with the entrances to the Budawang and Coorong Buildings at EPIC. All of Handmade’s halls at EPIC have easy access from these entrances. Disabled parking is in front of the Budawang Building.
PETS AT THE MARKET
We welcome official service animals to Handmade, but because we have food on display, other pets are NOT PERMITTED.
