SPRING MENU

We have a wonderful selection of gourmets coming to the Handmade Market on 20 & 21 October. Our Food Hall will be packed with regional and national producers who have spent years planting, nurturing and growing ingredients and developing recipes so that they can bring the freshest and tastiest that Australia has to offer. All made in small batches for maximum quality, there is a lot on the menu for Spring.

On the breakfast menu, The Muesli Bar will be bringing its custom-made muesli, catering for all types of dietary requirements and palettes, with gluten free options. There are 200 flavour combinations to choose from, so you’re bound to start your day off well.

Perhaps you’d like a sweet treat for your morning snack. Select from the range of decadent cakes from new local baker, Sweet Temptations, who specialises in gourmet cupcakes and loaded brownies.

The perfect lunch can be experienced when you combine fresh sourdough bread from Remy’s Bakery with excellent and award winning saucisson from La Bastide (washed down with a glass of something red from the Handmade bar) Or if you want some delectable Tibetan momos, these little parcels from Momos Taste of Tibet will satisfy any taste buds!

Why not indulge in a snack that combines sweet flavour with healthy benefits and head to Twins Pantry to select from their range of salted and sweet nuts, all made from Australian ingredients? Or pick up a jar of jam from Josh& Sue Gourmet Selection. With a wide selection of carefully put together flavours, it will go beautifully on your leftover bread from lunchtime.

And then dinner. Make a stunning meal using Bent Shed Produce‘s flavours of native Australian herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables in infused salts, sugars and mixes. Of course, our street food stalls have enough options to keep you dining for a week, but if you try newcomers The Pham Sisters, you’ll find that their Vietnamese vegan street foods will stave off your hunger in style. Don’t forget dessert. A square or two of Jasper + Myrtle‘s premium handmade chocolate will complement your after-dinner coffee or digestif. Look out for their limited edition chocolate that Handmade has collaborated on for our tenth birthday!
