A chef of over 25 years, Jai’s extensive career has seen him develop culinary skills across all facets of cuisine. Ranging from classical French to fine dining, to Asian, middle-eastern and all in between. Loved for its culture, spice and heartiness, Spanish cuisine captured his heart.
Our take on traditional tapas dishes combines Spanish flavours, with quality locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in serving up good honest food to be shared with loved ones as we celebrate life’s big occasions. In our kitchen, no one goes home hungry.
