Widden Brook Farm creates Elderflower Mist Sparkling, a refreshing, naturally fermented low-alcohol elderflower beverage, grown and made on a regenerative mountain farm in NSW. Shireen and Darren hand-pick farm-grown botanicals, use their own mountain spring water and certified organic ingredients, and bottle-ferment every small batch on site in the pรฉt-nat style for around a year before release. Naturally around 2โ3% ABV, vegan friendly, gluten free and free from artificial additives, it sits in a category of its own โ not beer, wine or cider, just bright, floral sparkling made with flowers.
