Established in 2018, Super Bao has become one of the most popular food stalls in Canberra. They use the most traditional Chinese bakery method to hand make their fluffy cloudy bao buns. By putting different fillings to the bao (classic Taiwan style pork belly bao, family pass down recipe of Shanghai duck bao etc), they are able to bring both authentic and newly inspired Asian flavours to people.
