Red Fox Pottery is based in Berwick Victoria. Susi is a ceramic artist and potter and works out of her purpose built studio. Each piece is designed and individually crafted. Her work is very earthy and tactile and is inspired by nature. All ceramics and Pottery are handmade on the wheel, slab constructed and pinched by hand with love and purpose.
Her style of making ceramics focuses on the mark of the craftsman and how imperfections in an object are what make it personal, connective and perfect. Like Japanese wabi sabi philosophy, where imperfections are treasured.
