Long Paddock Cheese is a small-scale artisan organic cow’s milk range of cheeses produced at and sold from their cheesemaking facility based in the heart of Victoria, Castlemaine, on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. Established by Ivan Larcher, Alison Lansley, and Gaetan Chapon, Long Paddock focuses on making quality cheese with a commitment to traditional cheesemaking practices and contributing to the local environment. French resident Ivan Larcher, known as “the Cheese-Whisperer”, is dedicated to sharing and educating people about French style cheeses.
