Cedar Creek Cider is a family cidery at Thirlmere in the Wollondilly, south west of Sydney. Nathan grows the apples, presses the juice and ferments and cans the cider on the farm, so what is in the can comes straight from the orchard. The range is Clear Apple, Cloudy Apple, Apple and Blackcurrant and Ginger Crush ciders, plus sparkling apple juices for the kids and the drivers. They sell sealed cans and 4 packs to take home, with sample tastings available.
