‘bopdotz’ creations are designed and made by Sara Hogwood in her Canberra home studios. From the ceramic studio come wheel-thrown works including mugs, jugs, beakers and bowls created for everyday use. Mid-fire porcelain clay is used for its smoothness; buff and grey clays have a more earthy finish. Glazes and finishes are generally quiet and unassuming but aim to bring pleasure through their use.
With handmade pottery seeing a resurgence in popularity, current output from the jewellery studio is limited but encompasses earrings, pendants and rings crafted using silversmithing techniques, all designed to enhance your look.
