Adri’s Gingerbread create award winning European Gingerbread, that is hand iced with royal icing.
Adri’s Gingerbread has received many awards, including a GOLD MEDAL in The Biscuit class at the 2022 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, a national competition discovering Australia’s best fine food producers.
With European heritage, their Gingerbread is the real thing. They use only the finest ingredients, including 10 different organic spices to create an authentic flavour. At Adri’s Gingerbread all gingerbread is made by hand using carefully selected ingredients, wherever possible from local suppliers.
